How KMT Materials Recovery handles the details you give us, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
When you register as a collector: your name, mobile or Viber number, barangay and municipality, the kind of collector you are, the plastic you collect, rough monthly volume and whether you can deliver. When you email us: your email address and what you write.
Only to contact you about collecting and buying plastic: to tell you when the buying point opens, where to drop off, and to plan community drives. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.
Registrations are stored in a secured cloud database (Supabase). The website can add a registration but cannot read registrations back; only authorised KMT staff can view them.
For as long as you want to stay on our collector list. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
